Our Sales Engineers

Donny worked as a Sales Engineer for Testech from 2000 to 2002 and has now returned as President. Donny has spent most of his career in semiconductors, 10 years with ST Microelectronics, 5 years with Dallas Semiconductor / MAXIM and 9 years with Texas Instruments. Donny has managed a team of Product Engineers for over 15 years at prior semiconductor companies. Donny also covers key accounts in the Dallas region for Semiconductor and Military.

Donny earned a BSEE degree from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Andre has 20 years’ experience in the test and measurement industry.  He has extensive technical experience as an end user, test program architect, and production test manager implementing systems domestically, in Asia and Europe. His sales experience ranges from system applications engineering and business development, to multi-level component and capital sales. 

With a specialization in Optics, Andre started out with an associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology.  He then earned a bachelor in Electrical Engineering specializing in RF design and Optical Communication while minoring in semiconductor and microcomputer design.  Andre rounded out the business side with a Master in Business Administration specializing in Global Business.  He has spent time with BAE Systems, GPS Design and Test; Honeywell Optical Products and Finisar Corporation, developing and managing RF/optical production test lines involving high speed optical wafer probe and package testing; Finisar Corporation, Applications and Sales across the entire component product portfolio; Chroma ATE, optical test and automation platforms, working with Tier- one optical component companies implementing life test platforms and highly efficient optical wafer probe systems; TMS Electronics, component and system sales, working primarily with Mil/Aero suppliers on cutting edge development platforms.

Ronnie joined Testech in April of 2017 as the Sales Engineer covering territories in Houston, Texas and Southern Louisiana.  Ronnie attended Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee pursuing a BSBM.  Working in the central region of the United States, he began his career selling fusion splicing and fiber optic test and measurement equipment in 1999.  Marketing and integration of high technology product and systems is where he has a successful background across all market segments.

Founder and sole proprietor of RF-FiberOptic Technologies, Ronnie has specialized in the sales and distribution of products for integration, inspection, test and certification of optical systems for industrial, commercial, oil and gas, and government applications.

Randy joined Testech in 2010 covering Dallas / Ft. Worth and West Texas, including Waco, Abilene, Lubbock and Midland/Odessa. Randy has lived and worked in North Texas since 1995 selling Test & Measurement equipment through TTC/Acterna, Digital Lightwave, Nettest and Ledcor Technical Services.

His major accounts are Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control, Bell Helicopter, Fujitsu, Coriant, NSN and BNSF.

Randy retired from the U.S. Marine Corps as a Captain. His primary duties as a KC-130 pilot included support for Operations Desert Storm / Desert Shield, Operation Laser Strike, Operation Eastern Exit and NATO Teamwork 92.

Randy earned a BS Computer Science degree from Oklahoma Baptist University and an MBA in International Business from University of Phoenix.

Jim joined Testech in 2010 and is currently covering the Oklahoma, Arkansas and Texas Panhandle territory. Jim has worked in the Oklahoma City area for many years with Alcatel-Lucent as a Senior Development Engineer and Distinguished Member of Technical Staff for test set design, integration, and support.

His major accounts are FAA, Tinker AFB, Charles Machine Works, Boeing, Halliburton and various appliance manufacturers in Arkansas.

Jim earned a BSEE degree from Oklahoma State University and an MSEE from Oklahoma University, is an IEEE Senior Member, and is also a Registered Professional Engineer.

Marshall joined Testech in February of 2012 to work the Central and South Texas sales territory. Marshall began his career, working in the Petro-Chemical sector, for Amoco Chemicals, which later became British Petroleum. Marshall worked with BP/Amoco for 8 years, in the areas of instrumentation, electrical, gas chromatography and industrial automated controls. Marshall later relocated to Austin Texas, where he worked in the Controls Engineering department at Dell Computers, providing process improvements and automation support for several of their highly automated manufacturing facilities.

Marshall has obtained an AAS in Instrumentation and Industrial Control as well as a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering from Texas State University, with a major in communication systems and networking.
